Commit To Truth. Be honest, strive to tell the truth 100% of the time. Don’t exaggerate or over-promise, follow through with our commitments 110%. Be punctual. Our word is our bond.

Work Hard. Give full effort toward making our company a success. Be detail-oriented. Go the extra mile when called for. As Dr. V said, “Take less, do more”.

Put Customers First. Try to serve the customer with the utmost quality, reliability, and consistency. Empathize with the customer, understand their needs and perspective. Go beyond satisfying, delight the customer and put a smile on his/her face.

Maintain Balance. Stay equanimous in mind. Cultivate humility. Balance work with other life responsibilities; take care of yourself physically.

Be Happy. Have fun in your work, derive deep joy, satisfaction, and pride from it. Participate in creating a collegial working environment. Laugh. Consider co-workers as teammates, recognize and celebrate them for their good work, and give them constructive feedback to improve. We are only as strong as our weakest link.
